All appointments are located at Collective Wellness at 311 Church St. There is parking directly out front, please enter through the door on the right (door ‘B’).

The listed fees do not include HST, which will be added to the base rate.
If you are unable to make your appointment, I require 24 hours notice in an effort to refill the cancellation.
I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and have spent the majority of my time since living and working in Vancouver. I moved back to Ontario in 2020 and am a member of good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. My practice is primarily centred on women’s health and pediatric care. I treat a wide variety of conditions including (but not limited to) pre and post natal care, dysmenorrhea, digestive conditions, stress, post operative care (including mastectomy and lumpectomy). I have also supported births as a doula since 2017 and am passionate about supporting pregnant folks through this transitory time.
My interest in massage therapy originally came about from studying dance, where I had experienced the benefits of physiotherapy and massage when dealing with injuries as a young dancer. My movement training has taken different shapes over the years and has a strong influence on how I assess and treat as an RMT. I studied movement analysis at the Laban Institute in New York and am also a certified vinyasa and restorative yoga teacher.
My aim is always to provide compassionate care and to help people feel more empowered in their bodies by finding freedom of movement in their daily lives.
